Sessions over sessions, they grew closer.. ignoring the distance.
At the moment they saw each other for the very first time, most probably cupid started to play its silly little game. It's all between yes and no and hugs and fights. Oh how cultural differences bites hard.
The time for him to go back was near. It only took him one day of being away from her to come to his senses. He found her crazy, and that he's crazier if he didn't take the chance to have her in his life. Most probably he put on his a powerful spell in his words that made her said yes.
No honeymoon period. They were apart again thanks to the distance. His face is only that baldy spot on her laptop. Her face was just some blurry dots that he still amazingly thinks as pretty.
He got such an epiphany that suddenly he went back to visit her again, and this time.. stayed really really close to her. A good dose of hugging and fighting before he went back home again.
Some weeks passed by, she was convinced to visit him and his family this time. And how they all love and treasure her is just such an abundant feeling!
The crazy part was that he's going to leave his comfort zone, his family, and the life he knew before.. for a new challenging and thrilling Asian experience. A huge and crazy step to get closer to her.
After a year and some more months of being together, with a lot of kisses, hugs, shoutings and fightings and more kisses.. he decided it was time for the ultimate surprise for her upcoming birthday.
Waking up in her ugliest pajamas to a dressed-up boyfriend showing up on your door holding a playlist and some seriously unreadable clues was one thing, but to receive a kneel-down-popping-up-the-box-with-diamond-ring proposal with a sweet line of "Will you marry me?" definitely made her cry out of indescribable happiness.
Wishes are that they're going to spend their live together :)
